Villa Solea is our home situated on the hillside overlooking the Kvarner Bay near the winding, cobbled streets of the hilltop town of Labin (Pula) in Istria, Croatia - perfect for a relaxing holiday & getting away from the hustle & bustle of the main resorts. The villa is set well off the main road in a small village & driving along the roads leading to Solea you cannot miss the stunning views of the bay & islands.
Spacious, light & furnished in a traditional Mediterranean style Solea offers you the comfort & facilities for a memorable holiday. Split into 2 large apartments with separate entrances, the lower apartment is one double bedroom but will sleep 4 (2 on a wonderful sofa bed - we’ve tested it!). The upper apartment is 1 double + 1 twin bedroom & will sleep 4 - 6 (also using the sofa bed).

Relax on one of the balconies or terraces - one of which will have full sun throughout the day, go for a swim (the sea is only 5 min drive away) or perhaps engage in some cultural tourism. Istria has seen many cultures come & go over time from the Romans to the Venetians. Those of you who like your food & wine will also not be disappointed. Seafood is a speciality of the coastal regions and the meat is equally delicious. High quality wine-making is now established in the peninsula and you will be able to taste & buy wine following the Istrian wine routes.
